Refund Policy

All ticket sales forCamden Haven Words & Music Festival are final. No refunds will be given for change of mind, non-attendance, scheduling preferences, travel issues, accommodation costs, or personal circumstances.

As all festival venues are indoors, refunds will not be available due to weather conditions, unless the event is cancelled, cannot proceed safely, or a refund is otherwise required by law.

Refunds will only be offered where required under Australian Consumer Law, including where Camden Haven Words & Music Festival cancels an event, makes a major change to the event, or is otherwise unable to provide the event as required by law. Major changes can include matters such as cancellation of an event or a significant change to the advertised program or location. ([ACCC][1])

If a performance, session, artist, speaker, venue, date or time is changed, substituted, rescheduled or withdrawn, Camden Haven Words & Music Festival reserves the right to determine whether a refund, partial refund, credit or ticket transfer will be offered, subject always to Australian Consumer Law.

Where a festival event is affected by natural disaster, emergency, government direction, safety concerns or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, Camden Haven Words & Music Festival reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule or vary the event. Any remedy offered will be subject to Australian Consumer Law and the circumstances affecting the event. ([ACCC][1])
